These categories overlap considerably.
A conversion certificate is documentary. But it was issued because a beit din observed the process. The beit din's authority to observe comes from attestation by those who ordained them. Their ordination traces back through a chain of communities.
Every documentary proof rests on attestation. Every attestation rests on community. The categories are not independent.
