Subject: Vocabulary file

The chair would note that we have been discussing this for a week. The question before us is narrow: should the vocabulary file import Dublin Core terms or define its own?
I have heard arguments on both sides:
1. Dr. Lobel argues for semantic interoperability and proper linked data practice. 2. Ben-Ari and Dr. Stern note that even the social web chevra does not follow this practice. 3. Rav Halevi raises concerns about inheriting definitions we do not intend. 4. Devorah has provided a working implementation.
Perhaps we can find a path forward. Is there a compromise position?
