Before we proceed with the date representation, I must raise a foundational question.

The specification numbers months from Tishrei. Month 01 is Tishrei, month 07 is Nisan. But the Torah, in Exodus 12:2, states explicitly: "This month shall be for you the beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year for you."

The month being discussed is Nisan. The Torah calls Nisan the first month.

Why does our specification number differently?
