The chair thanks Dr. Lobel for this substantial contribution. The proposal represents considerable technical work and demonstrates the possibilities of semantic web approaches.
I would note that Dr. Lobel previously contributed to our registry format discussions, where her expertise proved valuable. The committee adopted a JSON-LD approach for context registries in part due to her guidance.
The question before us is whether the identity format benefits from similar treatment. I invite further discussion.
