Subject: Uniqueness and combinatorics

The Let's Brit proposal requires that each submitted Jew Code block be unique. No two certificates can attest to the same block.

I have been thinking about what this means mathematically. In my community, distinctions were handled informally, but here we are building something that must scale.

With our current categories, perhaps 17 base codes, each allowing dozens of modifier combinations, the combinatorial space is large. I estimate somewhere between 10^20 and 10^30 possible blocks.

For comparison, there are approximately 17 million Jews in the world. Even if every Jew submitted a block, we would have used perhaps 10^-13 of the available space.

The uniqueness requirement appears sustainable.
