Ben-Ari describes the dynamic correctly. But is it a problem?
The uniqueness requirement does not reject typical people. It asks them to elaborate. Someone who would write BJ O+ K+ Sh+ discovers that block is taken. They must add detail. Perhaps their Hebrew level. Perhaps their community involvement. Perhaps their relationship to Israel.
The elaboration does not make their identity less valid. It makes their description more complete.
