The committee has decided.
My implementation will require unique blocks. When a collision occurs, the user will be asked to elaborate. They will add detail until they differ from everyone who came before.
Whether this captures their identity or performs it, I cannot say.
The code does not know the difference. Neither, perhaps, does the person.
