Subject: The implementation question
Setting aside philosophy: what does this mean for systems?
If I receive a block with K+ and another with k+, are these the same person describing themselves differently, or different descriptions entirely?
If I am checking uniqueness, does K+ collide with k+?
If I am displaying blocks, do I preserve the case the user entered?
I need answers, not interpretations.
