If we include JRS and TEL but not Casablanca, not Baghdad, not Addis Ababa, we have implicitly said something about which communities are central. If we include ASHK and SEPH but not Beta Israel traditions, we have drawn a boundary we may not have intended.
Every inclusion is also an exclusion. I am not certain we escape this by adding more entries. The question only becomes: who did we still leave out?
