Why CHURCH?
Synagogue is the more inclusive term, no? A synagogue is a place of gathering, of community. Their buildings serve the same function. A church is just a gentile synagogue.
I would think GSYN would be clearer. Gentile Synagogue. Then everyone knows what we mean.
