Following the baseline and registry discussions on ZMAN, I have a similar question for context tokens.
I am implementing context token support. The specification provides examples: JRS, NYC, URBAN. But it also says "any token matching the syntax is valid."
My parser receives @JRS. What do I do with it?
The specification says I must accept it. But what does it mean?
