I said it earlier. In Baghdad, the rabbi did not say the meat was kosher. He said he watched.
A certificate says only: this person completed these steps, under this policy, witnessed by these parties. What the steps mean, whether they make someone qualified, we do not claim. The certificate records what happened. The interpretation belongs to whoever reads it.
