Subject: The uniqueness requirement

The chair notes that we are discussing a significant design choice.
The uniqueness requirement is not inherent to the Jew Code format. A person could write a block and never submit it anywhere. The block would be valid.
The uniqueness requirement is a property of Let's Brit, which uses the block as a challenge. The challenge is: can you produce a unique self-description?
Perhaps we should be clear about what this challenge is testing.
