Rav Halevi identifies the core problem.
But I want to add a practical dimension. If we create Xp codes, what does my parser do with them?
For K+, I know the person keeps kosher with some degree of commitment. The code is interpretable without knowing their specific kitchen.
For Xp:camp, I would need to know: which camp? What ideology? What era? A parser cannot interpret "went to Jewish camp" without a registry of camps and their meanings.
Organizational attestation, with the individual as intermediary. Not self-attestation at all.
