Subject: Implementation concerns
I want to be concrete about the implementation challenges.
If we add Xp codes:
1. We need a registry of valid experiences. Who maintains it? What happens when a camp closes, a program ends, an organization changes its name?
2. Parsers need to understand what codes mean. Xp:ramah is meaningless without context. Do we require every implementation to know American Jewish summer camp history?
3. The uniqueness space becomes dependent on external facts. Today Xp:birthright is valid. If Birthright ends, what happens to blocks containing it?
4. We invite verification. Someone writes Xp:birthright. Someone else checks. This is not self-attestation anymore.
I am not saying we cannot build this. I am saying it is a different kind of thing than what we have built so far.
