Subject: The Bx code

My parser treats Bx as a valid background code. I do not make any inference about what it conceals. The code validates, the block is accepted, my system moves on.
But I am writing documentation. I have to explain what the codes mean.
For BJ I write: "Born Jewish. The person was born to a Jewish mother or converted before the age of majority."
For BC I write: "Convert. The person converted to Judaism."
What do I write for Bx?
Option 1: "Decline to state. The person prefers not to disclose their background status." This is neutral but invites the question: why would someone decline?
Option 2: "Decline to state. This code exists to protect the privacy of converts, who are under no obligation to disclose." This is honest but tells the reader exactly what Bx probably means.
Option 3: Say nothing. List Bx with no explanation. But then users will ask me what it means, and I will have to answer.
I do not see a good option.
