The chair mentions context tokens. Yes — perhaps geographic identity is a context, not an identity category.
But context tokens are for situations, not for persons. JRS means "in Jerusalem" not "from Jerusalem."
Although — could we extend them? A person could write Ctx:JRS to indicate Jerusalem as formative context?
Wait. Did Dr. Lobel not propose something like this with the semantic web?
