I confess the levels are appealing, but this is getting complicated.
My grandfather's generation did not have parsers. They read what was written. If someone wrote K+, you understood: keeps kosher, positive stance. You did not need a machine to decompose it.
What problem does Level 3 solve that Level 1 does not?
