My application needs to display blocks in a human-readable format. Not the raw tokens, but a table: this is background, this is denomination, this is practice.
If the parser only returns flat strings, every application must reimplement the categorization logic. If the parser provides structure, applications can focus on presentation.
The specification defines the categories. My parser would apply them. This is not interpretation. It is recognition.
