Following the registry discussion, I have an implementation question about phases.
The specification defines four phases: A, D, T, N. My parser receives a string with indicators that could support multiple phases. For example: +S2+MC — two stars visible, market closed.
Two stars suggests twilight. Market closed suggests night. Which phase should I infer?
The specification says indicators "justify" the phase but do not "determine" it. What does this mean for validation?
