I accept the committee's recommendation, though with regret.
We found something real in this discussion. The formative experience is the missing piece — the thing that makes one K+ different from another K+. Two people with identical practice may have arrived there by entirely different paths.
The specification cannot capture this. Perhaps nothing can. But at least we tried.
If there is ever a future version, I hope we return to this question.
