The specification does not require any specific token. A block can omit the B code entirely.

So omitting the B code is different from including Bx. Omission means "I did not address this dimension." Bx means "I addressed it but decline to state."

But wait, this is the same structure as the ZMAN indicators. Absence is different from negation. Here, omission is different from declining.

We have independently created the same distinction in two specifications.
